Food truck park
Over a hundred trucks and stalls parked for good behind the building, serving food from around the world under string lights and red umbrellas. It runs later than anything else on this stretch of 192.
The arch on 192 is the way in to both the market and the park.
Indoor market
Hundreds of independent vendors filling the main building — souvenirs, electronics, clothing, jewellery, phone accessories and gifts. Air conditioned, free to walk in, and easily an afternoon if you let it be.

Arcade
The arcade on the plaza’s front row. Rows of claw machines stacked with plush, lit cabinets, and enough neon inside to find it from the parking lot. The easiest ten minutes to kill while you wait on food.

Indoor range · reopening
The stars-and-stripes building at the west end. An indoor range where visitors fire full-auto firearms alongside a one-on-one safety officer. It is under new ownership and being rebuilt — opening day goes up on their own site.
How the day runs
Park once and let the hours do the planning. The market opens first, the kitchens open second, and the park is the last thing on 192 still serving.
10 AM
Visitors Market
Doors open at ten, seven days a week. Do the souvenir run early, while the aisles are quiet and the building is cool.
11 AM
World Food Trucks
Walk through the arch to the park out back. A hundred-plus trucks, so send scouts and reconvene at a table.

Fun Games · Machine Gun America
Claw machines and cabinets on the front row — and when the range reopens, the loudest hour of the trip is two doors down from it.

String lights on, music up, kitchens open until 2 AM — and until 4 AM on Friday and Saturday.

When the strip goes quiet the park is still on. Kitchens run to 2 AM every night of the week and to 4 AM on Friday and Saturday, and the lot stays lit the whole time.

Everything faces the highway. The market building runs the length of the block, the truck park sits behind it, and the lot is between you and all of it.
